The path to your Apartment
1. Personal consultation
After your inquiry, we arrange a personal consultation to clarify your wishes, expectations, and questions. During this conversation, you will receive all relevant information about the resort, the apartments, and the service concept.
2. Selection of your apartment
Based on your preferences, you select your apartment within the Resort, ranging in space and size. We are happy to present floor plans, size overviews, and available units in detail.
3. Reservation & deposit
With the reservation, you secure your apartment on a legally binding basis. A deposit will be required from you for this. The apartment is then reserved exclusively for you.
4. Contract preparation & review
All contractual documents are prepared transparently. You will have sufficient time for review and may be accompanied by legal counsel.
5. Contract conclusion & planning
After the contract is concluded, we support you through to handover and remain available for organizational and personal matters.
